The BBC has been a source of entertainment and news for the British people for over a century. This stamp set commemorates 100 years of broadcasting, with 12 stamps depicting some of the most popular programs that have aired over the years, including Match Of The Day (soccer), Blue Peter (children’s show), and Doctor Who (sci-fi).
Issued in conjunction with the Isle of Man Post Office, this collector’s edition has been produced in collaboration with the BBC and celebrates the unprecedented success the British Corporation has experienced in broadcasting.
